In his speech, he particularly addressed concepts of critical importance in time management such as prioritization, breaking tasks into parts, and visualization.
Alparslan stated the following about time management:
Prioritization is the foundation of time management.
Time management can be achieved with determination and proper planning.
Procrastination is not a time management issue, but an emotional management problem.
Recognizing and avoiding time thieves ensures more efficient work.
In the presentation, techniques commonly used in time management such as the Pomodoro technique and the Kanban technique were also discussed, and the implementation stages of these techniques were explained with examples.
