• Students who have gained the right to Horizontal Transfer must register (Original) in person or through a proxy appointed by a notary at our Faculty's student affairs office within working hours on September 4-05, 2023.
• Students who apply for Horizontal Transfer are responsible for the documents they submit. In case of any irregularity and its detection, their registration will be canceled even if they have registered.
• Our university is authorized to take necessary legal actions against candidates who register by making false statements.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION
• Certified Copy of High School Diploma
• Photocopy of Identity Card
• 1 passport-sized photo
• Student Identity Card from the University of Origin
• Document Stating No Objection to Horizontal Transfer (The student will obtain this from the school they are currently enrolled in.)

THE ORIGINALS OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS UPLOADED DURING THE APPLICATION MUST BE PRESENTED DURING REGISTRATION
• ÖSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS or YKS Placement Results and All Score Types submitted during the student's admission to the university, (for Additional Article-1 applications),
• Student Status Document obtained from the higher education institution they are enrolled in or from the e-government platform (can be QR coded, e-signed, or wet-signed),
• Approved or QR coded grade sheet/grade transcript/transcript document showing all courses taken by the student up to the term they wish to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class (Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Turkish.),
• Students who have attended a preparatory class or frozen their registration must document their status,
• An official document showing that students in the second education program are in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic term,
• Approved or QR coded Course Contents (course curriculum), (Students who do not submit course contents will be placed in the first year.),
• Document regarding whether they have received a disciplinary penalty,
• For applications from Overseas Higher Education Institutions, the central placement score in the valid score type for the diploma program they wish to transfer to must be equal to or higher than the lowest base score of equivalent diploma programs in other universities in the country, for programs where success ranking is not required,
