With the decision of our University Senate dated 07.03.2023 and numbered 528/1, it has been decided that 3rd and 4th year students who are studying in all undergraduate programs and could not take the 2022-2023 Fall Semester make-up exam due to the earthquake and therefore have a grade point average below the 1.80 threshold, can take courses up to 45 ECTS credits without considering the 1.80 threshold, provided that it is limited to the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester.
Our students who are stuck at the 1.80 threshold and cannot choose courses up to 45 ECTS credits must apply to the unit e-mail address with a petition indicating the courses they want to take during the Add-Drop period (06-10 March 2023) and if their advisors deem it appropriate, their course registrations must be done manually by the unit student affairs.
It is important to inform the relevant students.
