Students who could not attend the Midterm Exams due to their excuses in the Spring Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year at our university are required to fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu by 24:00 on April 27, 2022, from April 26, 2022.
Our students need to log in to the above address with their student number and student information system (ÖBİS) passwords, check the information that appears, approve it, and follow the steps specified below.
Ø They should enter the course and course instructor information and click the "Add Course Information" button,
Ø They should briefly state their reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,
Ø If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, the relevant documents (medical report, death certificate, etc.) should be uploaded in PDF format,
Ø After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they need to click the "Submit Application to Unit" button to complete the process.
The specified application periods will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the matter lies with the student.
