HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATION PROCEDURES

2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester horizontal transfer applications within the framework of quotas between January 10 - February 9, 2022 to ASSOCIATE and UNDERGRADUATE diploma programs horizontal transfer application https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/YatayGecisBasvuruFormu through the address online will be done.

THERE IS NO NEED TO APPLY IN PERSON OR BY MAIL.

v With General Weighted Grade Average Associate Degree Inter-Institutional (Domestic) Same Program,

v With General Weighted Grade Average Associate and Undergraduate Intra-Institutional Same Program,

v With Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1) (Domestic) Associate and Undergraduate Same or Different Program,

Applications can be made.

· With General Weighted Grade Average (GANO) “Domestic” and “Intra-Institutional” horizontal transfer applications between January 10 – February 9, 2022 will be made.

· With Central Placement Score (ADDITIONAL ARTICLE-1) horizontal transfer applications to the same or different program between January 10 – February 9, 2022 will be made.

Our university is authorized to take necessary legal actions against candidates who register by making false statements.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Ø The ÖSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS or YKS Results/ YKS Placement Results (All score types) submitted by the student during university admission, (for Additional Article-1 applications)

Ø Student (Status) Document obtained from the higher education institution where the student is enrolled (it will be QR coded, e-signed or wet signed),

Ø An official document showing the names, credits, and success grades of all courses taken by the student up to the semester they wish to transfer, excluding the preparatory class, and the weighted grade average according to credits (grade chart/grade breakdown/transcript). (Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Turkish.)

Ø Preparatory class students or those who freeze registration must document their status,

Ø Students in second education programs who are in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic semester; an official document showing they are in the top ten percent,

Ø Approved course contents (course curriculum), (Students who do not submit course contents will be adapted to the first year.)

Ø Disciplinary penalty document,

Ø Document stating there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer (students who do not bring it during registration will not be registered).
