About the Turkish Proficiency Exam

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (MAKÜ TÖMER) will conduct a "Turkish Level Determination Exam" for foreign students without a Turkish proficiency certificate on September 20-21, 2021. The "Turkish Level Determination Exam" is paid, and students who want to participate in the exam must deposit 400 (four hundred) TL to the IBAN number,

TR 74 0001 0000 5851 4087 6550 21 at Ziraat Bank Burdur MAKÜ Rectorate TÖMER Account.

Note: While depositing the exam fee, the candidate's NAME SURNAME and TÖMER EXAM FEE must be written in the explanation section of the receipt.

  • Applications made after the last registration date will not be considered, and no refund will be made to candidates who deposit the exam fee but do not participate in the exam.

  • Since exam applications will be made online, no exam application registration will be taken at TÖMER.

Applications will be made online between September 2, 2021, and September 17, 2021, from the internet address given below.

The documents required for the exam application will be uploaded to the system by following the steps on the internet address given above.

Documents required for exam application:

1. Passport photocopy,

2. Bank receipt showing that the exam entry fee has been deposited.

3. 1 passport-sized photo.

The "Turkish Level Determination Exam" will be held on September 20-21, 2021, at the TÖMER located on the ground floor of the Faculty of Engineering-Architecture of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. The exam will be conducted in three stages: Reading-Comprehension and Writing Skills Exam, Listening Skills Exam, and Speaking Skills Exam.

Note: Candidates are required to participate in all skill areas of the exam, including reading-comprehension and writing, listening, and speaking. The exam of a candidate who does not participate in any of these skill areas will be considered invalid and will not be evaluated.

Exam Schedule

Reading-Comprehension and Writing Skills Exam: September 20, 2021, Monday at 10:00 AM.

Listening Skills and Speaking Exam: September 21, 2021, Tuesday at 10:00 AM.
