“The Anatomy of Thought: Deciphering Body Language with the Power of Mind” titled talk featured Physiotherapist Ms. Ilknur Cansu Koplay among us. Emphasizing the importance of our emotions with the statement, “If we were only physical bodies, we would all be robots,” Koplay conveyed the impact of our thoughts on the body along with academic studies and experiences. Additionally, it was proven how strong this effect is in line with the practices carried out. A brighter future awaits the listeners who will continue their lives knowing the power of thought. We thank Ms. Ilknur Cansu Koplay for sparing her valuable time and providing precious information.
